As every commission is based on an investment of time, money and trust from both sides, is important to set up some ground rules that we both will have to respect.
The making process of a costume is an ongoing pattern of a number of factors, hereby I will cover most of it trying to cover our mutual interests in the fairest possible way.

1. Cosplay request
Although I have been in the cosplay sector for more than 20 years I am still excited to see new characters popping-up everyday or come back for teh old scholl style. As a matter of fact there are no problems in making all sort of costumes regardless the character style.
However, there may be factors for which I might be unable to accept your request (e.g. slot-availability, time-frame, unexpected resources limits, circumstances out of my control or demands out of my expertise). I will always be honest with you about what can be done or not, and if it will not be possible please accept my apologies in advance.
When you send your request please make it as clear as possible. Other than specifying the character name and version it would be preferable if you could send some pictures to use as a reference, and if there are any particular requests (such as a specific deadline, the use of a particular material, for stage or photo only, or anything you'd like to add up as an extra) please don't hesitate to ask. We will look into it together.
2. Cosplay quotation
Based on your cosplay request you will receive a detailed quotation also with the materials I will use. Of course if you already have a clear idea you can tell me which kind of material/fabrics you want me to use. In some cases I will show (photos) samples of fabrics and we can take in consideration and decide together.
In case the quote is above your budget expectations we can readjust it by choosing different materials or finding different solutions to help you. However, due to the nature of the work I aim to do, I still reserve the right to not proceed with the costume making if certain standards are not met. Take into consideration that I work with high standards only!
Please remember that you are getting a high quality costume. I will always try my best to make a fair quote but it won't be anything like AliExpress, Wish or any platform selling mass-production goods.
Finally, if you are happy with the quotation and you want to proceed, I will send you a copy of the agreement, which will have to be read and accepted in order to finalize the commission.
Please be aware that shipping and insurance are not included in the quotation but I will send you different options to help you with the choice. If you have any particular preference you can just let me know.
3. Measurements
Provide the right measurements is a key part of making a costume. I understand not everyone can be familiar with this process so I will give you all the tools you need to take your measurements correctly, even if it's your first time.
You will receive a full guide and a tutorial, and in case of special needs we can also arrange a video-call session completely free of charge. This process is the mostr crutial when creating a bespoke garment, so I urge that you take your measures at least 2x to makde sure they are correct.
I will take responsibility for an incorrect measurement received.
4. Payment
*Bespoke orders: 100% or 50% payment is required upfront with order via PayPal or WISE app and the remaining half is due before shipping.
Payment plans are very welcomed too. I`m aware that my prices are high due the quality. so I will do my best to help and create a affordable plan so you can have a incredible and bespoke costume.
*Pre-sale orders: there is a priority fee to pay upfront to book the slot of thecostume. This fee will be deduced in the final remaining payment or refunded in case of slot unavailability.
*Ready to ship orders: 100% of payment is requierd with the shippinf fee of choosing.
As mentioned in the quote section, shipping is not included in the quote but I will help you to find a suitable option. Please be aware that the costume will not be delivered if there are outstanding payments.
All shipments depart from Spain - Madrid.

5. Shipping services and Personal information
All shippments have tracking numbers. (I do not work with no track services) I mostly use UPS services and SEUR. But if in your country those are not optional, I`m happy to check other shipment options.
All shipping costs are paid by the costumer and I do not have control of pricing. So if you buying a big costume, bare in mind of the cost for sendind your parcel inside your budget.
In order to send your product, we need sensitive information (Full name, full address, phone number, SSN)
All products are made in Spain and all shipments depart from Spain - Madrid. Social Security Number (SSN) is required by shipping services and customs regulations.
**Collection of Social Security Numbers **
1. Purpose of Collection:** To facilitate the shipping and delivery of certain products required by shipping services and customs regulations to collect your Social Security Number (SSN). This information is necessary to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly for international shipments.
2. Use of Information:** Your SSN will only be used for the specific purposes of processing your order, facilitating shipping and delivery, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
3. Data Security:** We are committed to protecting your personal information. When you provide us with your SSN, we take appropriate measures to ensure its security, including: - Encrypting the SSN during transmission and storage. - Limiting access to authorized personnel only. - Implementing physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Confidentiality:** We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and are dedicated to maintaining its confidentiality. We will not disclose your SSN to any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete your shipping and delivery process. 5. Customer Consent:** By placing an order with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your SSN as described in this section. If you do not wish to provide your SSN, please note that this may affect our ability to fulfill your order.

6. Your rights to make modifications
I will ensure that everything is 100% clear when you order a bespoke costume, including material choices, process. I will show samples of those and we going through together. You will have a personal file (Dropbox file) where I will send all those infos and you have access any time you want .
If you wish to make a modification to the costume after it has been done or accorded please contact me and I will let you know if the modification is possible. If it is then I will let you know whether there will be charges, supply timing or anything else necessary as a result of your requested amendment.
You can then confirm if you are happy to proceed with the modification.
7. Cancelations / Refund and Return Policy
*Bespoke Costumes:
As earlier said, payments are settled in advance mainly to cover timeperaration (design, patterns, brainstorming, 3rd parts ) and material to make the costume, therefore this will not be refundable in case of cancellation by any circunstance.
No costumes will be delivered if incomplete, so in case of cancellation the costume will not be shipped and I have the right to re-use or re-sell.
If for unexpected reasons I`m the one who need to cancel the commission a full refund shall be given. If a given deadline is not met for reasons beyond my control (e.g. deliver delay caused by the delivery company, delays in providing measurements, delays to make the payment , delays of material supliers), no refund shall be given.
Whitin the conditions above: Refund timing: Time and money has been spend to start/fulfill the comission, however If I`m the one who request the cancelation, full refund will be given in 60 to 90 days after the request/ agreement.
As initially stated, every commission involves an amount of time, money and effort from both sides. Trust is implicit but very important, and for any dispute caused by any unforeseen circumstances I will do my best to solve it in the fairest and most amicable way possible.
*Sample itens:
Sample itens are non refundable or exchageble. The measures are sent before- hand and is responsability of the costumer to check if it will be a good fit. Since is not a bespoke order I cant guarantee the perfect fit. Therefore If doesnt fit, it cant be returned or refunded.
Ready to ship orders (Standard sizes):
1. Order Cancellation by Customer:**
1.1 **Eligibility for Cancellation:** Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
1.2 **How to Cancel:** To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team at jtstudio.atelier@gmail.com with their order number and cancellation request within 24 hours.
1.3 **Refund Process:** If the cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within [number of days, 10/30 business days].
2. Order Cancellation by Us:
2.1 **Reasons for Cancellation:** We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: - The product is out of stock. - There are issues with processing the payment. - The shipping address is incomplete or invalid. - Suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 **Notification:** If we need to cancel an order, we will notify the customer via email or phone as soon as possible, providing the reason for the cancellation.
2.3 **Refund Process:** If we cancel an order, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items:** Please note that certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped. These include: Sample itens .
4. Changes to Cancellation Policy:** We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

8. Conditions for Exchange/ Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:
* The Goods are in the original packaging .
* Unused itens only will be accepted.
* It contains all pieces and accessories intact (for returning itens only).
* Damaged itens or small/big itens only will be accepted for exchange in bespoke orders.
* Damaged itens will be accepted for exchange in ready-to- ship orders.
** In case of bespoke orders that an iten need to be exchanged due damage or small/big fit. It need to be returned within 30 days after receiving. The inability to contact us with the request within this time frame will not be accept.
In case of bespoke orders where an iten need to be exchanged due damage or small/big fit. Its our responsability to refund the shipping cost. The company for refund will be agreed in advance and soon the receipt and track number is provided, the refund will be made in 10 business days.
Its your responsability to provide the receipt and track number for your returning iten, the fail to provide this information will not secure that we will be able to receive your iten, therefore, no refund or return shall be made.
